God is the source and standard of truth. He defines it. Through His Word and by His Spirit, He reveals truth to mankind. We have two options. We can either trust and submit to that truth to our benefit, or we can suppress the truth and distort reality to serve our desires. Either way, we will each answer to God for how we respond. 

Reminding the one who is found in Jesus Christ to abide in Him. He is the Good Shepherd who gives rest to His sheep, leads them in truth, and strengthens them to walk in righteousness.
